I didn’t receive the Claim Email containing my Album Number & Password.
We apologize you didn’t receive the notification email. If you purchased the new View & Share service (or it came included with your Collection purchase), your Album Number & Password can also be found on your studio receipt. If you are having difficulty locating the information, please contact your portrait studio.

I purchased a digital download, but need help downloading my images.
